Pinavia turns evidence you supply into governed analysis: it retrieves from your own material, cites what it relied on, marks what it generated, flags what is stale or unevidenced, drafts recommendations, and routes them to a named human with the consequence shown before commitment. Every output is decision support.

Pinavia does not take consequential action on your behalf. It does not file or submit to a regulator, sign or certify a document, approve a board action, mark a deal investable or rejected, or write back into your systems of record without a human approving that specific action.

This is a designed boundary rather than a current limitation, and it does not relax as the product matures. Where an output could be mistaken for an authorised action, the product marks it as a draft awaiting a named owner.

You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them. Analysis, recommendations, and drafts must be checked by a qualified person in your organisation before being used for a regulatory, financial, legal, or board purpose. Pinavia is not a substitute for professional, legal, or regulatory advice, and no output should be treated as such.

You retain ownership of the evidence you connect or upload and of the outputs generated from it. Pinavia claims no ownership over either and does not use your content to train models. Processing terms, subprocessors, retention, and deletion are set out in the data processing addendum, which forms part of these terms.

Use of Pinavia is subject to the acceptable use policy. In summary: do not use it to manufacture the appearance of evidence, to bypass a control your organisation is required to operate, or to process data you are not permitted to process.

Pinavia is pilot software. Features, connectors, thresholds, and interfaces change during a pilot, and are provided without warranty of uninterrupted availability. Where a service level has been agreed for a specific pilot, that agreement governs. We give reasonable notice of changes that affect an in-flight workflow.

Because outputs are decision support subject to your review, Pinavia is not liable for decisions taken on the basis of its outputs. Liability is otherwise limited as set out in the commercial agreement for the pilot. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Either side may end a pilot on written notice. On termination you may export your evidence, decisions, approvals, and audit trail. Deletion then follows the retention schedule in the data processing addendum. A trial does not convert to a paid plan on its own, and there is no card on file during a pilot.
